01 OFFICE BUILDING, BUCHARST, ROMANIA

Shavlan Ltd developed and co-owns a prestigious five-star, 5,000-square-meter office building situated in the prime business district of Bucharest. The property features an advanced robotic parking system designed to optimize parking capacity and convenience for tenants.

Since becoming operational in 2011, we have been responsible for delivering comprehensive facility management services, including security, maintenance, and tenant support, ensuring efficient and secure building operations at the highest standards.

02 PROJECT BLUE, MYKONOS, GREECE

The project involves developing a 5-star ultra-luxury hotel resort with capacity for approximately 150 guests. The plan allows for potential expansion to include a beachfront complex with additional food and beverage and accommodation facilities.

The resort will feature reception and administrative buildings, spa and gym, kids’ club, specialty restaurants and bars, recreational areas, 44 premium suites and villas with private pools, 10 standalone villas, and staff housing.

Key infrastructure works include an internal road network, connections to Mykonos’ energy, telecom, and water systems, sewage treatment, and drilling or desalination installations.

03 SKI CHALET, ST ANTON AM ALBERG, AUSTRIA

In 2019, our subsidiary, XCG Investment, developed a luxury ski chalet in one of the most sought-after ski areas of the Austrian Alps.

The high-end chalet is located within walking distance of a main ski lift and features four ensuite bedrooms, a private spa with Jacuzzi and sauna. XCG manages the property, providing full concierge services to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

04 ATHINES BY THE SEA, ATHENIAN RIVIERA, GREECE

We developed Voula Beach “Plaz A” from the ground up, meticulously restoring all buildings to their original architectural style. The infrastructure, including outdated electrical and sewage systems from the 1960s, was completely rebuilt to modern standards.

The site currently operates three beach clubs, sports facilities, retail stores, and accommodates 1,200 sunbeds with 600 beach umbrellas.

A local Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), Monarch, was established to manage and operate the facilities.

05 BLOOM BEACH CLUB & RESTAURANT, ATHENIAN RIVIERA, GREECE

Bloom Restaurant Beach Club, located within Athens’ Athineas by the Sea, is a premier dining and leisure destination developed, created, and operated by our subsidiary, XCG Investment.

Combining exquisite cuisine with a stylish beach club atmosphere, Bloom offers a unique experience for locals and visitors seeking luxury and relaxation by the sea. Our dedicated management ensures exceptional service, innovative design, and a vibrant social environment, making Bloom a standout venue in Athens’ hospitality scene.

06 MEDITERRANA YACHTS, ATHENIAN RIVIERA, GREECE

Mediterrana Yachts is a premier luxury yacht charter company based in Athens, Greece, specializing in exclusive experiences aboard the prestigious Riva Aquariva Super 33.
